SOIL Directory Service
As a member of the SOIL network, you benefit from read-only access to a comprehensive directory service containing the contact details of all member companies and employees. What's more, we offer a centralized synchronization service that synchronizes internal company directories with the SOIL Directory.
The SOIL Directory provides you with:
White Pages - web-based access to a public directory for all SOIL members with search function
Directory Client - free Windows Directory Explorer for local installation on your PC in available for downloading; clients integrate with Explorer for easy browsing of the SOIL Directory on client PC's and with MS Outlook mail client for easy mail-address searching directly from Outlook
Update - web-based access to manual update of SOIL Directory information. Restricted access to registered users within each member company
LDAP Interface - SOIL Directory offers a full LDAP interface for any applications on SOIL. Search and find functions can be integrated into third-party applications. Access is restricted to registered users within each member company.

LicenseWeb Internet Access
The LicenseWeb Internet Access product provides users with a secure login to the LicenseWeb application from the Internet. It authenticates and authorizes the user based on a Managed User Directory (MUD) Username provided by RigNet. Available only on the SOIL network, the LicenseWeb application is managed by the LicenseWeb steering group.
LicenseWeb Internet Access Service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. During office hours (08:00 - 17:00 CET), there is a maximum of two hours downtime. Any malfunction reported outside regular working hours will be repaired the following day. Scheduled maintenance on the system takes place every second Thursday evening. Users will be notified on the LicenseWeb Login screen of any planned maintenance.
Use of the latest security patches and latest version of the Internet browser is highly recommended. A leased Line with a minimum 128 Kb/s is recommended for the Internet connection for optimal use of the LicenseWeb application. Users must also have a mobile phone. Any changes to mobile telephone numbers must be relayed to RigNet's MUD administration.
